Yes. ClubMeister works anywhere — clubs across Europe, the US and Australia run on it, with every event shown in your own time zone. Data protection is built for European clubs rather than bolted on: app data and website analytics use EU data residency, the analytics are cookieless, and there is no advertising or tracking on any plan. One regional caveat: in Germany the native iOS and Android apps aren't distributed yet, so German clubs use the web app at admin.clubmeister.app — it has the full feature set, including the Claude and ChatGPT connector.
How do we collect club dues or team fees?
ClubMeister collects member payments in-app through Stripe — club dues, tour fees, kit money or a one-off match levy. Members pay from their phone and you see who has and hasn't, next to the roster instead of in a separate spreadsheet. Payments work on every plan including the free one, so you can collect money before you ever pay us; the per-transaction fee is 4% on Free, 3% on Club and 2% on League, on top of Stripe's own processing fee. Can volunteers help run the club without being full admins?
Yes — that's who ClubMeister is built for. A club is usually run by a handful of volunteers with day jobs: a coach, a team manager, a club captain, a treasurer, the committee member who ends up doing the fixtures. Roles & permissions let you hand each of them exactly the access they need — one volunteer can create events but not touch payments, another can post announcements and nothing else — without making anybody a full admin. Adding a volunteer never costs extra: pricing is per club, so helpers are just members. See roles & permissions.
